As part of our commitment to transparency and regular reporting, we have published an updated version of the Relevant Information Document (RID) for USTBL. This follows our practice of updating the RID on a quarterly or semi-annual basis, depending on market events and relevant developments and has been duly informed and reviewed by the CNAD in compliance with the Laws of El Salvador.

The main changes included in this version of the RID, also reflected in the updated Independent Certifier Report, are as follows:

  • Update of the yield to maturity of the underlying investment.
  • Update of issuer description.
    • Nexbridge is registered in the CNAD as a issuer and as a Digital Assets Service Provider, authorized to execute the following activities:
      • Exchange of digital assets for fiduciary money or equivalent or for other digital assets, either using their own capital or that of a third party.
      • Evaluation of risk and price, as well as subscription to digital asset issuances.
      • Place digital assets on digital platforms or wallets.
      • Promote, structure, and manage all types of investment products in digital assets.
  • Increase in the number of decimals supported by USTBL, from 0 to 6.
    • This enhancement enables fractional transfers of the asset, improves operational efficiency, and prepares the ground for new use cases, including the potential future use of USTBL as a means of payment.
    • For technical reasons, this update requires the decommissioning (burning) of the existing USTBL tokens and the issuance of new USTBL tokens with the updated decimal functionality. The new identifiers/addresses of the AMP Asset will be updated accordingly across the ecosystem.
    • The process will be carried out in close coordination with Bitfinex Securities, the Digital Asset Service Provider currently holding 100% of the issued tokens.
    • The migration will have no impact on the nominal value, price, or rights associated with the token and is scheduled to take place at the end of the September subscription window.
  • Addition of the recent Audited Financial Statements for the year ended, for transparency purposes to our investors.
  • Updated Terms and Conditions for better understanding of the token holder's rights and stakeholders.

The most recent version of the RID is always available on the Nexbridge website https://nexbridge.io/en/issuances. The RID can also be retrieved from the official USTBL website https://ustbl.io/, where an archive section also provides access to previous versions, ensuring full traceability and visibility for all stakeholders.

We thank our community of investors, partners, and custodians for their continued trust and support as we evolve the USTBL ecosystem.
